A FEW WORDS FROM THE AUATHOR

A FEW WORDS FROM THE AUTHOR
Well, the holidays are over and it is time to get back to work.
How were yours spent?
Ole Mr. Johns’ holidays were filled with visits to family and friends. One such visit left him asking himself “When is a child no longer a child, but an adult?” Possible answers include when they turn 18 or 21; when they have a child of their own; when they get married; when they are financially self- sufficient. Hmmmmmm.
What do you think? Ole Mr.Johns is confused as he has been told that any of the above qualified for adulthood. Ole Mr. Johns is confused because he was taught to believe that a child had to earn the respect of other adults to be called a peer, an adult.
